Display featured link on homepage (3.05)

does anyone know how to display the latest featured link on the main page?
i have a "rightside.tpl" for the rightside where the latest featured link will be displayed

i had a code on one of my sites that worked in 3.04 but it wont in 3.05

Thank you for bringing this up, I've been needing this when I first bought the 3.04 version a few weeks ago and then upgraded, though if they do have it already for the 3.04 it will work on the 3.05.

i think it was added as a feature in the template i got for 3.04
if anyones done it in 3.05 it would be cool too know ;)

I made the template you are using in the site on your sig. I installed that mod as a standard part of the template. Since 3.05, I had to upgrade the template, and have released it to work on v3.05, if you are interested
