Templates on the Demo directory

Sorry but I'm just getting familiar with things here. I am having problems finding the templates on the demo directory. If I want one, where do I look? Are they randomly all over the templates forum or are they somewhere specific. Also, any instructions on how to install? Maybe a sticky on this topic would be good for newbs like myself. Of course I may be blind and just missing it altogether though :o

We'll soon have a new section of the site with all templates including those released by third parties. We are working on it now and it already has 160 templates and growing. If there is a specific one you need, let us know which one.
