How to Email all site ?

I don't know how to email all site which are present on my directory ( To send some news for example ).
Can you help me

at this time there is no mod for sending a newsletter... you can do the following:

Just export the Links table from the database in phpmyadmin to an Excel sheet. Then copy the email column to an address book. Delete the doubled adresses,copy the email column to an address book and send your mails
