Hi guys,
I dont have much knowledge, I can do basic html editing ect, I am wondering how and what I need to use to edit the source code on the submit page. I am looking to edit the recip link text for seo purposes. Can anyone advise me how I can do this?
Also Id like to add some text of my own liking on this page if possible.
Any advise would be uch appreciated.

I believe you will find that in submit.tpl of the template you are using.
ex. if you wanted to change the phrase "Regular links with reciprocal". Also you can search the en.php file in the languages folder for text you are seeking to change as well.

Here is what I would do ;)
enable 3 way linking in admin
use your site url and just set the title the way you want to.
That way you can randomly change it as you see fit. IF using the paid version if using the free version then it will be in the submit.tpl it will have a smarty tag that uses the site title :)

hi James, thanks for your help. Im still unsure. You see I bought the directory recently up and running. Mine is only V2.2.0, is there any easy way to upgrade, fully installing the system would be beyond my skills. I need to find some way to change the the recip link text and URL on a regular basis. Do I need a special editor to edit the 'submit.tpl' file?
Also, when i search through this file, I cant find any ref to the site url for me to edit.
Thanks for your help

''To validate the reciprocal link please include the
following HTML code in the page at the URL
specified above, before submiting this form:''
Thanks
