reciprocal links question

I have a question. I want to build a directory but to request a reciprocal link for every submission. I want to have this reciprocal link pointed to a third-party website (not the directory itself). Is PHPLD able to check the reciprocal link in such conditions?

I've seen on "Features" page, under "user features":

- 3-Way Linking Ability (require reciprocal link to 3rd site)
