Why does it say I do not have a valid license?

Hi...all of a sudden when I try to run screenshot processor, it give me an error code saying "you don't have a valid license to use this application." Can you please help? I bought the license less than 1 year ago and I have only installed it on one computer. It is this computer where I am getting the error. The username I used to purchase was either "savwow" or "bloghints"

Ok, what I did was delete the old license and add a new one. You may need to redownload. That should work.

Please pm all Mac address of the computers it is installed on.

It's just installed only on one machine! However i did upgrade motherboard and processor last month!
