No access

So I'm still trying to get access to my website and can't. I mentioned this earlier, but I was simply told there is no support for the free version. I asked about buying a version, but that post was denied for some reason.

The problem is I can't access ANY part of my site. I can't get to the admin area. I can't get anywhere. I tried reinstalling, but still nothing. I'm not sure how buying a copy of PHPLD will help since I have ZERO access to anything.

Is there a way for you to reset the passwords or access or something on your end so I can get to any part of the site?

The site was up and working for a couple days, but then nothing at all. I had the guy who sold me the site PM you and tell you it now belongs to me, but from the looks of it, it seems all access is being blocked.

Did I do something wrong?

No one ever said there was no support for the free version.

It is limited as it is free.
We do not transfer free version licenses, so whomever told you that they had it 'transferred' is wrong.

There is nothing blocked by us.

If it was working and now is no longer working look to the hosting to see what was changed.
