I'm about to buy phpld but I have two further questions:

1. I'd imagine that one can set up a local development site within the terms of the licence. Am I correct?

2. I'd also imagine that there would not be a problem to run phpld on a Mac. I'd be very surprised is that was not the case but one never knows. I couldn't find any information as to requirements.

Thanks

1. Yes as long as it is not web accessible by any user other than yourself.
2. what is the server software running on the mac?

Sorry, James, but I thought the post didn't get through so I reposted.

The development site will be local so no problem there.
I use MAMP wih Sequel Pro to manage the databases.

No issues that I see at all.

with 4.1 make sure you are running php5.2.0 or higher

Great! I didn't see any issues but it's better to make sure.

Thanks
