Any easy way to insert state categories?

I have 4 cats that will requre state subs. Any easy way to do this? Or do I just have to wear the paint off of my ctrl-c & v keys...

honestly, i dont like to get into db stuff, because people tend to blow things up.

i can tell you that someone posted a list of inserts for your directory, but i dont know which version. anywho, if you find the post and use it...and after if breaks your directory, then you can search for the fix that i, in great detail, posted about how to correct it.
