Ver 4.1 How to Replace PHPLD logo with site's name and replace footer notes as well

Hello

I have unbranded 4.1 version.

I need to replace the PHPLD logo in the header / top and put the sites name instead ?

I need to replace / remove the Powered by PHPLD link in the footer as well.

I have tried going into the footer template in the template manager and made changes and saved file, nothing happens.

I could not locate where the PHPLD logo is placed, in which template.

Even if I can locate it, probably with won't allow me to change or replace it with Site's name.

I need help to fix this 2 issues
