Update on the way?

Hi.

I bought the screenshot processor. And I really think, that it's great.

However I can say, that it does not show flash sites with windows 7 32 or 64 bit. It can't show the flash content on the sites. But otherwise it works.

I use it on a windows xp computer now. But I would appreciate it to work on a windows 7 computer. I know that on windows 7 there is IE 64bit. The IE 64bit can't show flash. Is this part of the problem? Does your iecapt use IE some how? By the way, I know that you write xp and vista.

The windows xp can show flash content. That is good. But like other user here I too would really like a delay option(in ms). This way you could define when to take the webshot and thereby get all the flash content. That would just be so great.

Any news on an update?

Hello again.

James or any. You are having a really great tool. But I am missing some smaller features.

My wishes:
1. Delay option (in ms)
2. A filter to sort out the links with pdf, word etc.
3. Windows 7 support.

I would even like to pay more for it. I really miss the features(esspecially number 1).

Do you plan to release an update anytime now?

We are working on a new version and we plan to have it ready in the second half of next week.

The update will also include the 3 items listed above and will make the application 100% compatible with Windows 7 (32 and 64 bits).

Can you make something out of this? If I cancel, then the screenshotprocessor continues. It makes screenshots. But some of the links seem to make the program stall.

Any idea?

I tried it on

windows 7 32-bit, windows 7 pro 64-bit and windows xp pro 32-bit.

It can't make thumbnails of the above links. I believe to have installed flash, java and "" correct. On windows xp it makes the following error.

No update? Hope there comes an update. Rigtht now I am using another program. It does the trick, but it uses firefox and I have to copy the links fra the datebase manually. Hope you find a solution for the bug.

what program are you using and is it getting the flash, java, popup sites?

I don't know if I can write it here.

I'm using a plugin for firefox. There's a free version of it, and a pro-version.

And a friend of mine has made a windows program, that uses the plugin. I bought the plugin, start the program, edit the details of the program and start the proces. It takes al most everything, but has some problems with some pdf, word and some java-sites(eg. http://www.fi.uu.nl/toepassingen/02015/toepassing_wisweb.en.html). I do not have pop-up-sites, so I don't know about that. I use the phplinkdirectory image processor to copy the id and link into a txt file, that the windows program uses. This program is working under windows 7 32/64-bit.

It does work, but i rather would like the image processor to work.

The new version (3.7) is available for download. Check the 'My Downloads' page and you will see it there. It contains all the features that were requested and it is fully compatible with Windows 7.

I have already downloaded the new 3.7 version. Sadly it can't make pictures of quite a bit of my websites. As posted before.

I tried it on windows 7 ultimate 32, windows 7 pro 64bit and windows xp pro 32-bit. I have installed all latest flash and java plugins. I would like you to try these links and report back if you get it to work. The links are only some of the links, where I get an error. I get an error message as reported earlier.

Thanks Radu for the new version (3.7).
Screenshots now are capturing flash for me using Vista64.
Screenshot Processor now seems to use ie8 32 bit version (which has flash).
(Feature request following...)
Now if only it could use a sitemap.xml as a url source it would be complete.
