Language Activation

I made few translation in i wonder how to activate the preferred language ,is there anyone who can help me for this issue?

I have a serious problem, the directory will soon change the language and I can not replace it in Spanish, I need urgent help to know what to do each pass as this is the third time

either edit your user and login or edit the include/config.php and change the en to the name of the file you want to use or run the installer again and set the language on the first step
