Submission only works with Firefox?

Hello,

I'm having a little problem with my directory (http://www.1stopdir.com). A user can submit a site with Firefox, but nothing else. When anyone tries to submit with Opera, the submit page simply refreshes and all the information is gone when the submit button is pressed.

I really need for this to be fixed, I can offer a small payment to whoever fixes it for me. I can provide my submit.php/.tpl files, just PM me :)
