screenshot processor stopped working

All of a sudden my screenshot processor application stopped working on my site. I haven't done nothing, except i have changed ftp, sql passwords and this application has old data. I re-installed and now i'm trying to set simple processing, but it's showing
" some required files are missing, please reinstall appl" on 'event viewer' on the right. When i bought this program, it was installed for me.:confused:

download it again from your user again fresh once more and try running it please

David added a second license and i Re- uploaded files once again. Exactly the same result. It's not working. " some required files are missing, please reinstall the application"
I don't see any missing files , everything the same as it was before.

The required files that should be in the same folder as the main file (screenshotprocessor.exe) are:
- iecapt.exe
- MySql.Data.dll
- AxSHDocVw.dll
- SHDocVw.dll
- Microsoft.mshtml.dll

If the above files are located in the application folder, then there shouldn't be any message saying 'Some required files are missing. Please reinstall the application'.

Yep, all the files are in the home directory. It was installed for me first time, and i just overwrote them. I have no idea why is not working, and why it stopped working in the first place?

What operating system are you using and where is the application installed?

If using Windows 7, try running the application as administrator.

Sorry, i'm not exactly understand. operating system have not changed.
How do i run the application as administrator?

Right click the EXE and choose 'Run as Adminsitrator'.

Make sure ALL the files listed in the earlier thread are located in the same folder as the EXE.

Problem have NOt been solved. It gives me the same error " you don't have a license for this application" Or " the files are missing".... Why this application stopped working in the first place, after it has been installed by the developer? Do i have to pay for the license every year?

No you do not have to pay every year.

You get both errors or just the two randomly when trying to start the program?
