Add Categories from Excel Spreadsheet

Thanks for script it's great but it's a problem with adding categories, because i have 5 thousands and it's very very hard to add them, the field box with all the categories contains all these subcategories and when i want to add another it's hard to find a category for submiting another, can you change it in another way for example:
Can you create separates pages for all Top categories when for example if we have a TOP category Arts & Entertainment we click on it and opens a page that contains a field box with all the categories and subcategories only reffered to Arts & Entertainment, so it will be much better if you script will have a such feature.

I want to suggest one possible alternate soulution.
Would it help if you just filled out one excel spreadsheet, and then we imported directly into mysql?

Ok, what I would suggest then is to create a spreadsheet with about 5 links and email it to me, so I can check your syntax. Once we have established the syntax, you can do all of them. Then we will provide you with a file that can be imported into mysql.
