how can I modify MainContent widget??

on the index page I have: Submit your website in solid PR4 Directory.We accept deep links and features links will be displayed on home page.

how can I change this ??? add another sentences ??

well I found it...
but also I need to add some info after list of categories with subcategories

I need to add lastest three added aprouved links!

I need to know in what file I shoul do that ?!
