Follow Up Emails

We need to add a way to send email to people who have not reciprocated yet. When running the validate feature (on non-reciprocating links), we would give them again the page to enter a url (as in yktans latest mod in the websvn), or the opportunity to cancel. We would also be able to count the number of occasions we did this for each, as well as record the last date, thereby being able to set parameters: max # times to send follow up email, and waiting period between emails. In addition, it would be nice to be able to view the status of each link with these parameters (last email sent date, total # emails sent, active/cancelled).

Please take a look and ask me questions. We need to get this one done.

New features includes..
1. tool should be able to find title, desc from meta data, and email from the site.
2. should have facility to generae html/asp/php pages by taking those collected sites. The CSS should be intact.
3. Integrating any ftp tool to upload the generated link pages to the server.
4. Sending emails manually one after another for two to three times.
5. those which do not link back, shold be removed.
