screenshot processor died on me

last week it worked fine but when i started the program today. it wont take screenshots any more. all URLs get processing error.

Is there anything you changed on your computer? Like adding a firewall or antivirus or something that could block Screenshot Processor?

What operating system are you using? If using Vista/7 try running the Screenshot Processor as Administrator.

using win 7 32bit(legit) and comodo Internet security (free version)
and i run it as admin from a folder on C: drive

i disabled the firewall/antivirus same error.

downloaded a fresh copy same error

tried single url tried SPExport.php file same error

the only thing is that win update is installing updates every time i close and start up my laptop last week

Almost definitely a local setting or perhaps a missing file.

For reference, since a recent Windows Update, the processor does ask permissions to the firewall every time it runs, even though it's not windows firewall and no settings are different. However, approving access works without issue.

Also, try installing as Admin, or run the exe as administrator.

found out that when i set it to time interval 160sec and delay to 160 sec it works.

something is making my laptop very slow. i think its time for a clean install :D

What were the settings (time interval and delay) that didn't work? I will try those and see what results I get.

You should try with smaller values for time interval and especially delay and that will speed things up.
