Encoding problems

I did upgrade my directory from version 3.3 to version 4.1. Use the instructions that came with the product. The new version, however, has serious problems with enkodinga.Moite database and tables using utf_general_ci encoding. The entire site also uses UTF8 and I have never had problems with it and now goes to ?????.

Moreover, the translation of the Bulgarian is mind-boggling, but it is not my problem now.

what do you have it set to in the admin ?

after that I have an idea of simple edits to make and will pm them to you once I know what you have it set to in the admin for the charset

In the Admin I chose UTF. When the change of windows 1251 and the Cyrillic alphabet appears, but everything is UTF and consider what is recorded in the database.
For now I found some temporary solution, but I think the problem is not solved completely.

Fix the problem, but not completely.

For now I have abandoned the new version and keep the old

Once you that edit you need to set the admin back to what it was...


I am going to remove that code as this is in public forum....
