Has there been any updates to this script? Like an author login to submit, etc?

if so anyone have any built sites using it?

1.63 is the latest version.
We just finished the upgrade of Newstopica to 3.0.
Now we are working on upgrading the Regional Directory script to 3.0.
I could see us doing an upgrade to the article script in 4-6 weeks if we have enough demand for modifications and improvements.

Sounds great, David. Recently built a couple sites with this script and has worked out great so far. Some things I would like to see on the admin side is (1) a way to organize the cats alphabetically in admin, and (2) eliminate the need to put modify the "cats per col" in the articles.tpl file everytime you add categories.

David were do we download the updates, and will it mess with the template mods

I will probably setup the Article Script to allow downloading after logging in just like this site and NewsTopica. Until then, you just have to PM me, and tell me the paypal address you used to pay.
