Category cache not rebuilding, also cant find support ticket system

Hi. I have recently installed your script:

When i first installed it everything was fine and I was able to add categories.

Now I am always getting this warning in the admin: Your category cache is not complete! Start re-building your category cache now, or use the action button found on the categories page to do so. And the cache wont rebuild, also I am trying to add a category, when added I can view it if i type in the URL but cannot view it on the main homepage. Please help me get to the bottom of this issue. Thanks

To get any answer, you are really going to need to post in the correct area. Hardly 'techy news and fun stuff'.

To get access to the paid area forum, you will need to add your forum user name to your phpLD profile (where you downloaded the script).

Also, it might seem, strange (;)), but the support system can be found by clicking the 'Support' tab above.
