Is there any mod out there that is similar to: http://www.yell.com. Just need someting a bit more advanced. Any ideas?

I see you have made a number of "mod requests". Most of these do require some programming time. Typically, we fullfill mod requests when many users are asking for them, or because someone is sponsoring it.

What version of phpLD are you running?

Do you offer custom mods? If so, how much do you charge?

There are a few people here that offer services like that, such as Anon, and probably VSDan. I can get the work done for you, but I stay so busy, you'll probably find I charge too much (@ $30/hour).

It seems like in your case, you are doing a regional-type directory, where you want to be able to search by zip, etc. ?

I've been looking for this feature for a long time now for PHPLD. I hope the advanced search feature will be available in future versions as a default, and not as a mod.

I've tested out the search feature with variations and found out that the search feature is "really weak". I think new improvements can be made for the search queries because searching is one of the crucial part of links directories. All-in-all, PHPLD is very nice. :)
