hello nostradamus1
Thank you for replying.
I have the full version of Xampp with apache, mysql, filezilla & mercury.
The script I download from phpdictionary.com has no install folder in side it. just a text file called install.
After downloading the file , I extract it with winzip and paste it to xampp/htdocs/ ..... and tried to open the installation process as per the instruction given in the download page. Is there any thing else do I have to do to install it? or do I have to unzip the file with other program? I've already tried with winrar too.

hi James
yes I read most of the instruction on the text file. But it is all about the server and php configuration. Since I use the current xampp that I have on my pc to run many php scripts with out a problem I suspect there must be special thing I got to do to install this one.
Should Install folder be in the downloaded file? If yes then I don't have it.Which one is the installation file?
