Can't add new catagories on 3.0.5

Hello, I'm using version 3.0.5 and am having problems adding anymore than 10 catagories. Soon as I try to add the 11th catagory the script won't save the new catagory. I click 'save' and nothing happens.

Has anybody encountered the same problem or have any suggestions as to what the problem may be?

Go to your System > Edit Settings > Form Fields set the Minimum Description Length (Categories & Links) to 2

Just a quick note, error displaying will be back in 3.0.6 :)
It is a stupid bug.
