How to show subcats of a specific category on a page?

I want to show all the subcategories of a specific category on a specific page.

How can I accomplish that?

I know I can take the code from Main.tpl file for the sub categories.

How do I tell the code to look at a specific category though?

I'm more than willing to pay you too if you can post the complete code for me or help me put it together
