alignment gaps

Hi guys,

some help would be great as i have been looking for a while now and can`t find which file to change.

i want to remove the gap above the "Welcome to LinkFan.org" message.

Look for a double line-break (<br/><br/>) in main.tpl and remove it.

for some reason i can`t see the code, i have commented out all <br /> in the main.tpl still the gap is there.
