remove all language translat from sql data table

Hi James
after I change data base Collation to utf8_unicode_ci and re-inser all data and Correct and re-write directory name and other text..
every thing fine but some language word and sentences show in this font سایت ,
when I checked PLD_LANGUAGE table i see all translation Is corrupted..
and I rewrite Individual cases but this work take a lot of time..
I edit fa.php file and save it in encoding utf-8 without bom, and reupload again.
and delete all file in the /temp/templates directory and clean cache from maintenance page..
but when refresh page no-things change and see some word show with this سایت font.
how to solved this?
It is necessary empty PLD_LANGUAGE data table or Whatever..

and remove // from :
