newbie question re: adding banners

Hi there,

Could someone point me in the right direction for adding banners to my new phpLD site? I did a search which showed some results and mention of a banner mod but i couldn't locate one.

where do you want to insert the banners ? easiest way to know , i have learnt is by showing a example :)

I'd like a standard banner above the white search field and perhaps a skyscraper ad on the right side in the blue panel.

i am sorry i dont understand what u mean by blue panel on the right . but a simple way to put a skyscraper on the right side i found was to create a new file called right.tpl and include it in the main.tpl .
To reach just above the search form you will need to look in the top_bar.tpl . if you want it beside where it says poker list , check the header.tpl
