latest submissions not showing up under "pending"

When I run the screenshot processor, the latest submissions are not showing up under "pending" or "already processed." So I am not able to up upload a thumbnail of it. The processor had been working find up until now - can you please help?

did anything change on your server in regards to the remote connection to the database?

It is possible that the server changed, I will check with the host.

the problem is resolved. My host had changed the server. when I entered the new server IP along with new username and password, the program was able to download the latest submissions.
