Cost of Directory Design: How Much?

how much you think a guy that know link directory good should take to insert all codes into the html desgin

if everything is provided, and for safe measure, i'd say give that person 24hrs and they should have it done for you.

A little depends on the complexity.
If there is stuff like CSS, javascript or flash to mess around with, or if you are dealing with some odd sizes for headers or left nav, it could easily take someone a full day's work (assuming that is the only project they are working on).

On the other hand, I have done integrations that took me all of 20-30 minutes.

Most integrations I have done took between 3 and 6 hours. Like David says, it really depends on what all is involved. I did one today that had many levels of css menus. It also had some flash and java ads. Things like those take a little while to get integrated.
