Featured links: minor bug fix

The featured links in RC4 display in a slightly smaller font than the regular links which seems backwards to me.

This changes the font so featured links display at the same size:

Find in /templates/main.tpl :

Content visible to registered users only.
Change to:

Content visible to registered users only.
i.e., adding the DIV for "links" around the listings.
