Database backup in 3.0

I have seen in features area that database backup (http://www.phplinkdirectory.com/articlescript/Database_Backup_Tool.php) is included in admin panel in 3x versions. I use 3.0.0 version and I can';t find where is database backup button :)

It's available with 3.0.1 and you can find it under:
System >> Maintenance
