Fatal session.save_path is not set.

Hi

I have the following errors on the install page. I have tried with two diffrent downloads of scipt to see if that was perhaps the problem however it is not the problem. I am sitting on a windows II box and have installed on a similiar box before however this time around it is not working: Here are the links for my two install attempts:
