Upgrade from V2 to V3

Hi,

I have PHPLD 2 installed and bought V3
However I have not idea how to install V3 on to my server.

I am scared to touch it in case I loose the existing data base of links etc. in V2.

Please help.

1 - make a backup of both files and database.
2 - upload the V3 files overwritting the old files.
3 - run the installer.
