Okay, so I changed this bit in the include/functions.php file to reflect what I wanted it to say instead of "Directory Home"
Content visible to registered users only.
This worked on all pages EXCEPT the pages linked from the right side of that path, namely "Submit Link", "Latest Links", and "Top Hits". If you go to any one of those pages and look on the left side of path it doesn't say "Kickass WebGeek Resources- Home", it says "Directory Home".
What do I have to change where so it fixes it on those pages?

Yes, I don't recall what I did, but I remember doing a "find" in dreamweaver to find the places that needed changing. We are still planning to offer language files in the future where you can edit everything in one place, but I predict it will have to wait for the fall, unless we get a nice donation toward this sooner.

[[Note PLEASE: this particular fix worked perfectly for me on two installs - one local and one online. This does NOT MEAN that it will work for you, and in fact I absolutely refuse to guarantee any such thing.]]
Hmm. Well, this was a problem for me in a web server install as well as on my localhost test install.
You need to find a file called "en.php" in the /lang/ folder. Use search and replace (in either your text editor of choice or a decent html/css editor) to find the words "Directory Home" (without the double quotes) and insert whatever your site title or directory name happens to be. It wasn't any really big deal to fix, though the fact that the web install didn't include the necessary file was a bit irritating.
Pretty simple, though it appears that the only reason I have the en.php file is due to installing locally. I'm not sure why the program fails to produce it when installed on a hosted web server. I simply copied my local file to my web server online, and voilá - fixed there as well. If you don't have the file, perhaps the principals here can provide it.... or if not, you may email me for it: vkaryl *at* bytehaven *dot* com.

That's good to hear! I'm always happy when I'm not the ONLY one who can use something.... unlike a couple of things I use with wordpress!
