I don't plan on offering reciprocal linkbacks to sites that are below PR 3. Can the PhpLD script automatically disallow anyone from trying to register one of these sites? Would also like it if the script sent a message explaining briefly why (perhaps something I could edit) so I don't have to explain this everytime someone selling viagra from a geocities account can't get a listing on my site.

While this is not a "built in" feature, I think if we discussed this in the Supporters Forum, we can find a way to do it. Probably the most important part here is whether or not your webserver is blocked by google from checking pagerank.

Don't think it can be done unless your host is "allowed" to check pr on the fly. If your host is like mine, most are, then you will not be able to update your PR or check PR during the submission process. If your host is allowed to check pr then it would be a matter of creating a small if statement that would check the pr and perhaps adding in another notification validation stating Only PR3+ websites may be listed as a reciprocal listing. Definately a mods request and would like such a mod if my host allowed google pr checks :(

with PR update happening every 4 months, if you only accept PR3 you may miss those sites that are now PR0 and which will become PR4/5 after the next update :)
