I know this has been possibly discussed already somewhere, but couldn't find it via search.
Functionality: see top bar at add-link.info. Same form as link suggestion, with a field for category added. In other words, link and category get suggested together, on one form. Moreover, it would be best if the category suggestion field would just be implemented as optional one into current submit.php.
Reason: through category suggestions, users help build our directories deeper, and they suggest cats that dir owners would never think of. If there would be a separate form for just category suggestion alone, most would never bother to suggest them, as they would have to wait days or weeks for category to be approved, so they mostly just submit their link to another or more general one. Cat suggestion on the submit form prevents that.
I will be looking at it myself over weekend, however it is very likely that I will not be able to do it.
