where are my categories stored in my Server ?

I am trying to change my hosting server but cant bear the idea of re entering all categories.

do u know which file in my server is all categories stored ?

They are stored in the mysql database, so you will need to get a backup of the database. Let me know if that gives you enough info. If not, I can go onto your server and help with that.
