Admin Links Problem

On my directory, while in admin, the links do not show up correctly on multiple pages. If I set the number of links per page to a high number it shows up correctly. But if I set it to a lower number where there are page numbers, page 2 shows items from page 1.

Could this be some type of indexing problem?
