Um, er . . . did you say working? Click some of the top level links, ie Swing and Shag, School Dance Teams and Clubs,Regional and National Directories, Salsa . . . subs seem to work fine for whatever reason.

Also, the cart IS working . . .

Too bad you didn't go with cubecart, it's xhtml/css compliant.
