Hello,

Thanks for a script very well done.

I got an error message whilst installing the script on my server. It said the /tmp was not existing or not writable. I contacted my web host and they said the /tmp should be working just fine. Still I got the error message. Any ideas why that happen? I know this has been discussed before in the forum and I have read these topics, but still I can't get a definitive answer. Anyway, I simply clicked "Next" and the installation continued without further troubles, and so the script now seems to be working fine - except for one thing:

This is my other problem. Though I change site name, description and so on in settings, no changes whatsever (except categories) show up in the directoy home itself. Is this supposed to be?

That's odd, I can't really answer without first looking at it.

I've changed the RC5 package, so you don't have to edit the files for your Directory name / Desc to show up.

It can be changed from admin.

I'll upload it shortly.

Thanks

-Casey

Allright, never mind. Thank you.

It seems like everything's working fine by now. Except for the directory home wich doesn't echo the title of my directory correctly, as you can see.

Are you trying to get rid of "Directory Home"?

Geezz... What version do you use?

Open up index.php and look for the line that starts off
Content visible to registered users only.

And then copy the WHOLE line and post it back here.

Thanks

-Casey

If you're using the RC5.+ english version, you need to open /lang/en.php, search for the string Directory Home (one place only, about line 186, and replace it with your own directory name....

Thanks darling. It now works properly. I thought this feature should be able to edit from within the admin.
