Fatal error during install

I'm just trying to install 3.0.6 and get the following ...

Fatal error: Cannot instantiate non-existent class: intsmarty in /home/virtualo/public_html/install/index.php on line 53

All permissions have been set according to instructions.
I'd appreciate some help please. Also, where do I find the "Private Forum" for V3 support

Do you have all files and folder? Seems like the script cannot read a file. Give read + execute permissions to all files, specially /libs/smarty/
