Directory gone

My directoy today dissapeared and is now replaced with this:

Parse error: syntax error, unexpected T_CONSTANT_ENCAPSED_STRING, expecting ',' or ';' in /home/tqyzyjjn/public_html/temp/templates/en^%%72^72D^72DAF6E8%%main.tpl.php on line 52

Can someone translate that for me please and let me know what I have to do to rescue it?

Have you changed anything to one of the files?
Remove all content of your /temp/templates/ folder and try again, still an error?
