Charging Before Listing Review

The directory I'm looking to build is one where you must pay to be listed. There are no free listings. I'm wondering if this feature is built in to the PHP Link Directory script. Thank you for your time in answering this question.

P.S. What I'm looking for is similar to your second Site of the Month (August 2006) except they also have a free option when you click Submit: http://www.portprophecy.com/submit.php .

Yes, you can only allow paid listings if you like.
