Change URL Rewrite link

I have been doing some keyword research (http://www.phplinkdirectory.com/articlescript/Keyword_Research.php), I would like to change the URL Rewrite address:

/detail/link-209.html

I would like to change "link-" to a more descriptive keyword term that better describes my site.

How would I change the term "link-" in the address?
Or even have "detail" changed as well.

Any help greatly appreciated.

I have this question for both PhpLD and Newstopica.

What phpLD version are you using?

To change the link to the details pages, edit it in link.tpl. You also have to change your htaccess file and detail.php
But I have to know what version you are using before I can give you any help.

For Newstopica...I don't know, I've never seen the code.

I run the the newer versions of news and PhpLD.
