Nofollow does not work. (on broken reciprocal)

No follow on broken recipr

If its on All then all submissions get nofollow.
If its on disabled then none of the sites get nofollow
"if recipr required" however does not work. All submissions no matter if they have recipr. or not do not get nofollow.

Am i doing something wrong? Does anyone else have a similar problem?

I want all regular submission get nofollow unlike all featured and reciprocal (valid) submissions.
