I really need help!

Hi. I've got a very big problem. I'm sure you know it:

Content visible to registered users only.

I saw all topics about this problem, there was one with word "SOLVED" in title. But there were nothing about way of fixing this: here (http://www.phplinkdirectory.com/forum/viewtopic.php?t=359&highlight=error)

I've tried RC 5.2, RC 5.1 and RC 5.1

I've checked letters in files' names after download: this post (http://www.phplinkdirectory.com/forum/viewtopic.php?t=354&highlight=adodb)

I've created database manually: here (http://www.phplinkdirectory.com/forum/viewtopic.php?t=75&highlight=database+driver)

And nothing...
MySQL version: 4.1.11-standard, PHP: 4.3.11
Please, help me. I don't know what to do. I really want to use this directory but I don't have any idea what else I can do.

That doesn't sound good now does it? I'm sure we can help you out.

First off, I'd look in your config.php file, down towards the bottom and see if there is anything about a connection. If not than your issue will be the script isn't writting to the file, be sure it's chmod to 777 during install.

If that data does exist, it could be that the files aren't being completely uploaded, caused by many things.
