Directory structure

Hi,
Sorry for my English Iìm Italian :lol: , I have a question:
I have installed the latest version of directory and create a structure like this:

DirTopA
DirTopA -> subDirA1
DirTopA -> subDirA2

DirTopB
DirTopB -> subDirB1
DirTopB -> subDirB2

I have see the log-file and when a Spider visit my site it reads a different structur like this:

DirTopA
DirTopA -> subDirA1
DirTopA -> subDirA1 ->DirTopB
DirTopA -> subDirA1 ->DirTopB -> subDirB1
DirTopA -> subDirA1 ->DirTopB -> subDirB2
DirTopA -> subDirA2
DirTopA -> subDirA2 ->DirTopB
DirTopA -> subDirA2 ->DirTopB -> subDirB1
DirTopA -> subDirA2 ->DirTopB -> subDirB2


DirTopB
DirTopB -> subDirB1
DirTopB -> subDirB1 ->DirTopA
DirTopB -> subDirB1 ->DirTopA -> subDirA1
DirTopB -> subDirB1 ->DirTopA -> subDirA2
DirTopB -> subDirB2
DirTopB -> subDirB2 ->DirTopA
DirTopB -> subDirB2 ->DirTopA -> subDirA1
DirTopB -> subDirB2 ->DirTopA -> subDirA2

The directories are replicate, for example
DirTopB -> subDirB1 ->DirTopA -> subDirA2
is equal
DirTopA -> subDirA2

The problem is:
When GoogleBot find replicated pages it can ban my pages.

The question is:
Is normal that the program create duplicate directory like in the example i wrote?

I have understand,
the problem is a error link, when you put an error link in a template of directory it redirect to the index of directory but not change the url

click on a link of directory you go for example

so are create infinite directory.
