I want to setup link submission on this way:

Featured links $1

Featured links reciprocal

Regular links free

So for featured links you can pay $1 or put my link on your site.

In your admin panel:
System >> Edit Settings >> Payment

Enable payments: Yes
Featured price: 1
Recpr. price: 0
Free links: Yes

If you want featured links with reciprocal ... you kind of have to mod your directory.
