Error : Someone help me

All is working fine but suddenly I am receiving this error. What is this. Now my directory is not working

Line 15 of functions should be:
Content visible to registered users only.

Could you post your whole functions.php file here?

After few hours, It works again. When I enter moe than 4 new categories. It gives me once again this error.


However, My function.php lines are following.
